Load In (Set Up): Tuesday & Wednesday, January 28th & 29th, from 9am to 6pm. Early Delivery & Early Set Up: Early Delivery is available on
Sat/Sun January 25th and/or 26th from 12pm to 5pm. Only the vendor, delivery driver, and minimal unloading staff are permitted on property. Once the product has been delivered to the booth, everyone must clear the property. This does not allow for setting up merchandise. The cost for this service is $325. Early Set Up is available on Monday January 27th from 9am to 6pm. Only the vendor, delivery driver, and set up staff are permitted on property. The cost for this service is $325. These services are only available for Dealers that have paid their balance in full by the due date of October 31st, 2024. Vendor parking: Dealer Parking is limited and offered on a first-come first-served basis. The cost for parking is $60, which covers all 18 days of the show. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] to register and pay for your hang tag.
Load Out (Break Down): Sunday, February 16th - 6pm till Midnight, resume on Monday, February 17th at 8am.
Early Badge Pick Up: Balance payment, as well as Badge and Parking Pass pick up, will be at The 22nd Street Lot from 12pm to 6pm on Monday, January 20th. You will enter the lot through the Main Entrance Gate (where money is collected during the show). Please stay in your car, it is not necessary to exit the vehicle. Vendors picking up badges early are NOT granted access to the property prior to January 28th.
Check in: Please visit the Show Office in the Showcase Tent to Check-in prior to attempting to access your booth location in the Main, Showcase, or Satellite Tents. Anyone who sets up prior to checking in will be escorted from the property and will not be able to return until Wednesday, January 29th at 9am.
